Founded in 2012 Commercial Break is a transformation company that exists to ensure more young working class talent gets into, and gets on in, the elitist creative and marketing industries.
For companies looking to make diversity work more effectively, we offer two main transformations;
1. We get your business properly set up for diversity – over the years we’ve grown to understand that it is pointless finding talent if businesses aren’t set up for that talent to thrive within them. We have a 5-stage process that enables businesses to do just that. We offer that in a bespoke way for each business we work with; whether as a whole process, workshops, or a modular approach. Details are available on our website.
2. We find, train and mentor working class talent – the end point of our 5-stage process is recruiting talent. We have networks in place to do this, but, again, this is just the start point. It’s essential that talent is trained to be ready for their entry into the work-place, and that they’re mentored whilst they make their way in it. We do all of this.https://www.commercialbreak.org.uk
