Inspiration for All

Inspiration for All

We are Inspiration for All, a not-for-profit bringing schools and business together to lift up leaders, schools and students in turn.

Working exclusively with schools that have a high proportion of children from low-income families, our programme connects senior leaders from schools and business in a partnership where they develop together. With an achievable time-commitment and unique opportunity to share skills across sectors, our programme offers valuable learning and insight for senior of leaders. We create partnerships that inspire, ignite change and improve outcomes for under-served young people.

Today’s leaders are facing new and previously unimaginable pressures. A partnership with a professional from a different sector is a great way to support, encourage and inspire without judgement or preconceived ideas. Fresh perspectives and the support of a partner increase energy and resilience so that great leaders stand the test of time and achieve amazing things.

Supporting school leadership is proven to improve educational outcomes. By shining a light on the barriers to success for under-served young people we can also start to change perceptions and improve opportunities. We believe that every child should be supported to flourish in a brilliant school and beyond.
