The Marketing Academy Foundation

The Marketing Academy Foundation is a charity that enables career starts in the marketing industries for young adults from challenging backgrounds. We do this by finding and funding fully paid, year-long Apprenticeships with world class companies.

The young jobseekers we encounter are bright, ambitious, and determined. They exhibit entrepreneurial flair and resilience in the face of challenges. We have the talent but we need more businesses to provide them with opportunities and help break the class ceiling. Recruiting young talent from diverse backgrounds is essential to evolve inclusivity in the marketing industries and nurturing the next generation of marketers.

We also run employability programmes for young people who are struggling with job-hunting. Open to aspiring marketers to help job seekers improve their odds and stand out. BeTheOne Bootcamp is a one-day, interactive workshop, designed to hone job hunting skills. Providing attendees with interview practice, CV advice and guidance in the dark arts of the cover letter. Feedback from our workshops are overwhelmingly positive with attendees feeling more confident, knowledgeable and prepared when applying for jobs. 100% of attendees would recommend our workshop to a friend.
