This session will take the form of:
- A short presentation by the Social Mobility Commission.
- An in-depth case-study from Grant Thornton, a leading business and financial adviser.
- An interactive workshop for employers in which to explore ideas, share insights and tackle some of the challenges.
After the session, we will share an ‘after-pack’ with attendees that includes a check-list to help you refine your ideas and develop any existing initiatives. We will also be uploading a recording of the presentation and case-study for those of you who were unable to attend.
