Masterclass 2021: Apprenticeships
This workshop is an opportunity for employers to learn how apprenticeships can drive their diversity & inclusion strategy.
To mark National Apprenticeship Week 2021, we held a special event on exploring how apprenticeships can drive social mobility. In this session we looked at the positive impact they can have on your workforce, but also delved into some of the key challenges faced by employers in reaching a diverse pipeline of talent.
